Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled Technical Analyst to join our Trading Desk/Research Team. The ideal candidate is responsible for conducting technical analysis with proper strategic research for identifying trade opportunity while supporting the development of trading strategies for our traders. The candidate is expected to have superior market knowledge for forecasting price movements, breakdown of chart patterns and decision-making abilities to guide all users during the execution phase of the trades. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance of daily technical analysis on Indian equities, indices, Futures and derivatives contracts using charting tools and trading software.
• Identifying trading opportunities based on technical indicators, price action patterns and OI change volume trends.
• Generating actionable intraday and positional trade ideas with clear entry, exit, stop-loss and target levels.
• Maintaining a watchlist of stocks based on sector trends, breakouts, crossovers, indicators and technical strength – convergence & divergence.
• Tracking future movements and analysis of overall market sentiment, volatility index and momentum shifts.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports with supportive chart patterns, quantitative analysis of strikes and performance summaries of contracts.
• Stay updated on global macroeconomic events and their technical impact on the Indian markets.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of technical analysis concepts, tools, and indicators (e.g., RSI, MACD, Moving Averages, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci, etc.).
• Proficiency with charting platforms such as Trading View.
• Understanding of price action, volume analysis, OI analysis and underlying market sentiments.
• Familiarity with equity and derivatives (F&O) trading in Indian or global markets.
• Strong analytical and observational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or any related field with equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting trade ideas and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as NISM Research Analyst or NISM Dealer Module VIII is compulsory. Certification like CMT (Level 1/2/3) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience working in a brokerage, prop desk or investment advisory firm.
• Exposure to algo trading or scripting logic is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined “Compliance Specialist” to work under the direct supervision of the Compliance Officer while assisting in support for day-to-day compliance activities, monitoring, reporting, filling and documentation. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines issued by SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX and CDSL and should be able to ensure that the company operates in accordance with the latest compliance standards and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Compliance Officer in the implementation and execution of the company’s compliance program.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, SEBI regulations, Exchange circulars, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain updated compliance records, circular logs, inspection reports, and correspondence with exchanges/regulators.
