Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our dynamic dealing team. This role is for providing exceptional advisory services to clients which involves managing their portfolios with expertise and leveraging concurrent market knowledge to drive client satisfaction for present and future business growth. The ideal candidate needs to have a proven track record in equity broking along with a strong understanding of both local and international stock markets with superior communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Execution:
   • Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients as per their instructions.
   • Manage order placement through various exchange terminals with accuracy and precision.
   • Process daily trade confirmations to ensure accountability and completeness.
2. Client Management:
   • Deliver expert advisory services and manage client portfolios to meet their financial goals.
   • Develop and nurture a robust client base, providing timely market insights and trade recommendations.
   • Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
3. Business Development:
   • Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base.
   • Promote research calls and market analyses to encourage frequent trading activity.
   • Re-activate dormant accounts and provide enhanced service to boost client engagement.
4. Portfolio and Risk Management:
   • Monitor client portfolios, manage exposure limits, and handle margin calls to control risk effectively.
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
5. Technology Utilization:
   • Utilize online trading platforms to execute trades and generate brokerage revenue.
   • Implement and leverage technology to streamline trading processes and improve efficiency.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure all trading activities adhere to the company’s compliance framework and regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain accurate records of trades, client interactions and portfolio performance summary.
   • Prepare and submit regular reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. NISM-VIII Certificate (Equity Derivatives Module) is mandatory. Postgraduate education is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in equity broking. Candidates without prior relevant experience will not be considered.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language, English, and Hindi.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and trading strategies.
  • Proficient in trading platforms and financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed trading decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
